We have our own in house custom designed Point of Sale Software. This software manages your inventory, customers, and vendors. This program accepts input from a barcode scanner, when making invoices and purchase orders. It also creates 8.5" X 11" invoices and purchase orders on plain inkjet or laser paper with a laser or inkjet printer. This program has a built in reminder function for those that have trouble remembering appointments. This program can have unlimited number of open and being processed invoices and purchase orders -- case in point -- a customer named John Doe comes in and brings a few items to the clerk for purchasing and you open an invoice and John remembers that he needs to get a few more items, in the mean time Jane Smith comes in and needs only one item and she gets it and goes to the clerk, the clerk can open a second invoice and process Jane's purchase, immediately without closing or nullifying John's invoice. All items on an invoice maybe easily removed, if need be. Also an invoice maybe easily closed or nullified, so if a customer comes in and brings items to clerk to pay for them and then changes their mind about the purchase without paying, the invoice can be closed and nullified. This program keeps track of your total sales, total sales taxes collected, total cost of all items sold and gross profit of sales (not net profit -- income taxes, rent, employee salaries, utilities, ... are not taken into consideration, when gross profit are calculated, so you may need the services of an accountant to calculate net profit and income taxes and payroll). Historical invoices and purchase orders can be reprinted, regardless of age of invoice or purchase order. With this software your company name, company address and logo are on every printed document. The functions that creates invoices and purchases orders has a very powerful automatic lookup system for an item to be put on the invoice or purchase order as well as lookups for customers and vendors. We charge a one time fee of $25.00 for our software. Our Point of Sale program will run on anything from Windows XP to Windows Vista to Windows 7 and was built and designed in Microsoft Visual Studio. No smoke and mirrors here. There is a total of 14 programs inside of the main program, including 7 spreadsheets to display various data. Our Point of sale software will run on a 32 bit system or a 64 bit system.
